Taskbars that show on other displays not set as your main display do have the clock (if turned on), but do not have the taskbar corner icons on them.
The main taskbar is the taskbar with the clock and taskbar corner icons on it, and is on your main display. If you have more than one display connected to your PC, then you can show the taskbar on all displays instead of just on the main display.
The option "Pause the looper when an application is running in full screen" disables the redrawing of the taskbar in full-screen programs (this can be useful in games if the taskbar appears at the top of the game).The taskbar in Windows 11 shows the Start menu, Search, Task View, Widgets, Chat, File Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Microsoft Store buttons (icons) aligned to the center by default. Allows you to enable the centered layout for a single monitor, hide the taskbar notification area and the start button, and enable the TaskbarX icon to be displayed in the notification area.
Homework schedule - Clicking the "Create" button on this screen will create a Windows 10 Task Scheduler task that will automatically run TaskbarX when you log in. Here you can also completely disable the placement of the icons in the center ("Do not center the taskbar" option). The Skip Resolution item allows you to disable the placement of centered icons for the selected screen resolution. 
The primary taskbar here refers to the taskbar of the first monitor, the secondary to the second and subsequent ones.

The "Return to defaults in maximized window" checkbox enables the default appearance of the taskbar when the window is maximized to full screen. Here you can also set the color and transparency level of the taskbar (not applicable for "Transparent" with a fully transparent taskbar). You can activate the transparent taskbar, select other design options: gradient, semi-transparent, blurred background. Settings available in TaskbarX Configurator (just click the "Apply" button to see the effect of the changes made): To get started, simply run TaskbarX (with the taskbar icons centered between the left-most system items on the taskbar and the Windows 10 tray icons), and then run TaskbarX Configurator to customize the look and feel.
